Offered for rent for periods of one week to twelve months, this newly -constructed property stands on a hilltop with outstanding panoramic views over Scarborough, the capital of Tobago, and over the Atlantic to Trinidad and Venezuela.

There are four large bedrooms upstairs each with an en-suite bathroom, sleeping eight in comfort. Downstairs there is a large open plan living area with and American kitchen and large separate utility room for laundry and storage. Each floor is fronted by a 10-ft wide balcony. All the floors and balcony are surfaced with large Italian ceramic tiles.

The residence provides approximately 2100 sq.ft of accommodation plus 800 additional sq. ft of balcony space.

The villa stands in a beautiful landscaped grounds of approximately 11 acres with luxurious 36' x 16' swimming pool, which is shared with guests staying at our nearby Hill House Villa.

Cinnamon Villa is fully equipped and furnished down to the last detail including linens, crockery and cutlery. All joinery throughout the building and all furniture is craftman-made in-situ out of solid first grade teak. The kitchen and laundry rooms are fitted with a complete range of appliances imported from the USA, including an ice-making fridge.
